OTT has changed the entertainment game. With so many platforms, sometimes it becomes difficult to choose what to watch. Here are some cheesy web series I am watching on ZEE5:
Tripling
With 3 seasons and 15 episodes, this family drama has all the masala for the millennials. Primarily focussed on travel, it has memorable moments with siblings and superb comic timing. Three siblings and their tales make for a perfect binge watch scenario. Streaming in Hindi and there are English subtitles.
Cast : Sumeet Vyas as Chandan Sharma, Maanvi Gagroo as Chanchal Sharma, Amol Parashar as Chitwan Sharma
Code M
With 8 episodes, this is a thrilling series with many twists and turns related to the militia. Major Monica Mehra is called to investigate a straightforward case where two militants and an army officer are shot dead. As she digs deeper into the case, she unravels some unexpected facts.
Cast: Tanuj Virwani as Angad Sandhu, Jennifer Winget as Monica Mehra, Seema Biswas as Ammi
Kaali
With 16 episodes, this has some thrilling action. The plot moves around a helpless mother who is willing to go to any extent to save her child. The series traces her journey as she is forced to indulge in illegal activities and fight the drug mafia for her child’s survival.
Cast: Vidya Malvade as Officer Gupta, Shantilal Mukherjee as OC Mitra, Abhishek Banerjee as Jinliang
Mithya
I am planning to watch this 6-episode thriller. It is a tale of two women who are at odds with each other over allegations of plagiarism, which sparks a series of hostilities and shocking revelations spun around a murder for which they both are suspects.
Cast: Huma Qureshi as Juhi Adhikari, Avantika Dassani as Rhea Rajguru, Parambrata Chatterjee as Neil Adhikari

Queen of Treasures 
I remember my mum watching some Jennifer Winget TV serials years ago, it’s great she’s in the OTT space now. I think I’ll also put “Mithya” on my watch list, Huma Qureshi is awesome~

i would start wth the 3rd web series first as I love to watch Huma Qureshi. She is a powerhouse of talent and I’m sure the series will be amazing. I’m positive that this web series is going to be absolutely amazing because Huma Qureshi always knocks it out of the park with her performances. I’ve loved watching her in other roles, and am excited to see what she will do in this series. Can’t wait to watch it!

I watched Mithya and loved it. I watch a lot of web series in different platforms and therefore it is great to get a recs list. My fav is thriller which was included.

Nowadays we are indeed spoilt for choice when it comes to OTT content. There are so many channels and a range of content. Zee5 too has some really riveting fare and these web series sounds really gripping.

I haven’t watched any of these. But my friend watched Tripling and loved it. She recommended it to me and I totally forgot. Thank you for the list. I am actually looking to start a series that is interesting enough to keep me entertained but also short enough to not keep me occupied. Maybe I will start with Tripling and then move on to Mithya
