Author: Ambica Gulati

Ambica Gulati is an independent journalist, editor, multimedia storyteller and author with 26+ years of experience in travel, environment, global affairs and visual storytelling. Her work has appeared in publications including Outlook Traveller, Swagat, Life Positive, and Patriot. Through Queen of Treasures, she explores slow journalism, conscious travel, ecological concerns, geopolitics beyond the headlines and cultures that shape our identity. Her work is blended with intuitive arts and the many ways people make meaning of their lives and the world around them. Beyond the laptop, she nourishes her creative practice through meditation, birding, reading, journaling, oracle cards and yoga. She believes writing is both discipline and serendipity—like water shaping stone.
